CI Think is a unique, in depth dialogue initiated by young British Indians to address local and global issues related to India and the Indian Diaspora. CI Think is a network of young and inspirational British Indians who have the power to make a real difference. We are joined by innovators in the field to share their ideas with us and engage in a debate about various topics.
CI Think provides a regular platform for change makers to act as the national and international voice of British Indians through debates, lectures, film-showings and much more. Each time a different Connect India alumni will coordinate the event from beginning to end – from choosing the theme to facilitating the discussion. Themes can range from development initiatives and NGOs to global politics and the arts.
Connect India is always looking for new ways for British Indians to learn from their heritage, whether Indian or British. CI Think allows us to do this with others from similar backgrounds. It challenges us to see things from a different perspective and to help others to understand the multi-faceted nature of the young British Indian.
Finally, CI Think will help facilitate any worthwhile individual social projects that our alumni would like to take up.
So think and have your say on how young British Indians can engage with positive social change around the world!
