LEAD

The next LEAD programme will be held in 2012.

LEAD is a social leadership workshop for British Indians aged 17-23 from diverse backgrounds. The programme stimulates personal awareness around identity, enabling participants to realise their role in the communities they are a part of. Connecting like-minded individuals, LEAD provides a platform for sharing ideas and experiences. Its purpose is to get young British Indians to think about the principle of leadership and its application to their lives.

Connect India has been conducting the LEAD workshop for the past four years and offers participants a truly unique experience to empower them with the ability to nurture their potential to create social impact.

So, if you are:

• Between the ages of 17 and 23
• Of Indian heritage
• Have a passion to create change, share ideas and energise others.
